Organisations today are often seeing several different generations working together under one roof and this brings with it both challenges and opportunities. This course looks at the impact that ageist bias and stereotypes can have in the workplace and shows how valuing and supporting employees of all ages enables employers to reap the benefits of a multi-generational workforce.
Having an age-diverse workforce enables organisations to draw on a broad mix of ideas, skills and experience while at the same time gaining key insights into the needs of multi-generational customers and service-users.
