Do we tend towards a command and control management approach, or do we act as leader-coaches who invest in enhancing the autonomy and development of others? Do we consider ourselves as credible reference points for the teams and individuals we guide? <\/p>\n<p>In this course, we will consider together how to look after those who work with us in order to stimulate their growth and help them to improve their performance. We&#8217;ll see which style characterises leaders and managers capable of &#8220;bringing out the best&#8221; in their colleagues, by reflecting on trust, dialogue, and listening.
